Hey everyone!
I haven't been on here in quite a while. I'm hoping I get to fly to (or from) Wisconsin for....My dads cousins wedding--if it's my dads cousin who is she to me? I might be flying home from Wisonsin instead of there because I might head up there a few days earlier with my grandma (my dads mom). She's soo fun and when she asked if I wanted to go up there a few days earlier with her I said yes, of course! We're very close and she is definitely a role model for me. My grandma gets along with all of my friends and everyone on my moms side loves her! She's sooo super cool x]
I'm a bit nervous because I've never flown anywhere before but if I end up driving with my grandma it sounds like my parents want to come to with my brother...Sigh...I just like one-on-one time with my grandma. Don't get me wrong though, I love my family!
I'm just giddy about all this! This is how my Christmas dinner conversation went:
grandma-- "so, hannah, are you ever getting the screw out of your elbow?"
me-- "hm, yeah, I think I am."
grandma-- "does it ever set metal detectors off?"
me-- "no, cuz the screw is so small."
nathan chimes in-- "I'll have to tell them about my hepse in the airport!" (his herpse is something metal in his mouth he gets before his braces)
me-- "what are you talking about? what airport?"
dad-- "oh yeah, your herpse will set it off."
me-- "what the heck!? what are we talking about!? are we flying somewhere!?" (i was completely ignored!!!)
nathan-- "We're flying to San Francisco!"
me--- *jaw drops* "what!?!?!? we are!?!?!?"
nathan-- "well, dad and I are."
me-- *i stand up* "your going to FRANCISCO without ME!?"
nathan-- "Yeah! We're going for the comic con..." he said it SO casualy! I had NO clue!
me-- "buuu...but..I wanna...I wanna go to...I wanna go too..."
dad-- "its just nathan and i, you didnt know about this?"
me-- "no!! what the heck!? no one told me anything! can i PLEASE go!"
grandma chimes in "what day are you guys leaving for Wisconsin?"
me-- "WHAT!?"
dad-- "hmm..im ot sure, whens the wedding?"
me-- "whoooo is having a wedding!?!?!?"
grandma-- "Wendy is! your dads cousin and my niece!"
me-- "Whaa...."
dad-- "yeah it wont take too long to fly there."
me-- (keep in mind i have NEVER ever flown anywhere and hardly EVER been out of California! "Were flying to Wisconsin!?"
dad-- "Yeah, uhh, hello?"
mom-- "i dont wanna flyy!!! its too scary!" MY MOTHER has never flown ANYWHERE!
grandma-- "hey, Hannah, why don't you drive up to Wisconsic early with me?"
me-- "YEAH!!!!!"
grandma-- "and then you can fly back with them!"
I was about to scream! EVERYONE knew about it for me! im still overwhelmed!
DANG! It was crazy.........so when I tell my BEST FRIEND OF ALL TIME<3333 she said she's going to FLY to New Yorl for her birthday!!!!!!!! I was SOOOO happy for her!! (her 16th) I was freaked!
and then she said she wanted to take meee!!!!! I'm not sure if shes for sure doing this or whatevr but I'm honored she wants me to go!
